CERTIFICATION OF THE CONTRACTS OF ALIENATION OF REAL ESTATE WHICH IS CULTURAL HERITAGE MONUMENT: THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the certification of alienation contracts of real estate, which is cultural heritage monument. Has been madethe attempt to generalize the requirements of the current legislation regarding the certification of alienation contracts of real estate, which is a cultural heritage monument.The distinction has been made between the concepts of «object of cultural heritage» and «cultural heritage monument».Has been considered the issues of peculiarities of realizing the right of ownership of real estate, which is a monument of cultural heritage.The list of documents necessary for certification of contracts of alienation of real estate, which is a monument of cultural heritage, has been determined.An analysis of judicial practice has been conducted.
