Compare and comparison of personality traits in successful & unsuccessful managers of schools

Abstract

This study is completed by compares the characteristics of successful and unsuccessful managers of high schools. The population of this study is all the high school principals of Marvdasht (Shiraz). It’s selected between 4 schools randomly and between them 55 of the principals was selected randomly too. Therefore, we have used descriptive approach. The tool of this study was a short form of questionnaire by name of Neo. The results showed that between characteristics in all five dimensions, there is a significant difference in successful and unsuccessful managers.
