Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the implementation of the authority of subdistrict heads in the implementation of local government based on the applicable laws, especially in Tamalanrea Sub-district, and to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the authority of the sub-district in the sub-district of Tamamrea.
