INTERDEPENDENCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS AND THE SHADOWING OF THE ECONOMY

Abstract
The article analyzes the administrative and legal support for counteracting the economy shadowing in the light of the implementation of measures of administrative reform in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the consequences of refor- matting the authorities from administrative-command to public service. The incompleteness of reforms is stated, as a result of which conditions for shadow economy are created.
