Abstract
При разработке стратегии развития региона важно с самого начала вовлечь в процесс анализа ситуации в регионе основные группы влияния на принимаемые стратегически значимые решения, тогда решения будут приняты согласованные, а реализация пройдет с меньшим сопротивлением, поскольку стейкхолдеры смогут согласовать и сблизить свои позиции с самого начала.
