Peculiarities of legal regulation of training for persons for the state service of Ukraine in the light of administrative reform

Abstract
The article analyzes concepts and peculiarities of legal regulation of training for the civil service of Ukraine. How is the current training of personnel regulated by the legislation of Ukraine in the implementation of administrative reform, taking into account European experience. It also explores which model of training exists in Ukraine, whether there are problems in this area and the ways of their solution at the legislative level.
