PRINCIPLES OF LAW IN THE INTEGRATIVE DOCTRINE OF PERFECTION OF CRIMINAL LEGISLATION

Abstract
Principles of law in the ìntegrativnìj doctrine of perfection of criminal legislation in the article reveals concepts and principles of law. The features of the application of the principles of the rule of law, proportionality, legal certainty and savings criminal repression to overcome competition regulations, improvement of the criminal law, solve the problem of legal conflicts, ensure the humanization of laws and the implementation of a well thought-out decriminalization, improvement of individual institutions of criminal law.
