STRATEGIC RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DECENTRALIZATION

Abstract
The article shows the current trends, forms and features of social-environmental development. It also illuminates the mechanisms of enhancing the multifunctional development of territorial entities. The author identifies key objectives and the socio-economic effect of development of territories. The article describes the essence of permaculture design as a natural technology, life and management. It also demonstrated the experience of family settlements as the model provides process activation of state-private partnership, public management and their effective functioning.
