The Crisis of Outlook and Value Orientations in Transitiveness Situation in Post-Industrial Society.

Abstract
In the article deformation and erosion of value orientations of Enlightenment in conditions of post industrial society global transformations are highlighted. Much attention is paid to the analysis of correlation between value orientations of Enlightenment and social willing base enhancement. It is stated that in conditions of mass consumption society in well developed western countries ideals of freedom, equality, fraternity and tolerance contradict orientations on state and private capital excess profits achievement. The obvious result of that is humanitarian spheres of a modern person's social being total degradation. The author deepens understanding of real threat of scientific and technical discoveries which nowadays make it possible to destroy mankind in no time if not conducted by humanitarian values. Humanitarian Education development has to be sphere of long lasting purposeful activity of state and supranational civilization institutions. Private capital cannot perform such functions as it is interested in development the spheres of social being which make it possible to get quick overprofit only. It is civil society that must be source and the driving force of humanitarian compound part of education, science and culture. Necessity of state support and regulation of teaching humanities as fundamental for humanistic value orientations development, selection, consolidation and relay is emphasized in the article as they are basic ones for human civilization existence
