Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the place of State Architectural and Construction Inspection in the system of authorities of public administration. Criteria for determining the place of State Architectural and Construction Inspection in the system of authorities of public administration are characterized. The focus is made on the necessity of establishing separate authorities with inspection powers in the system of authorities of public administration.
