ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ОЦІНКИ EX-POST В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
Article "Improving ex-post evaluation in Ukraine" considered the main tasks of the final stage of regulatory policy of Ukraine on the basis of the analysis of trends. The article shows that the normative legal provision of regulatory policy procedures in Ukraine are fully in line with modern European standards, and OECD standards, but the practical implementation by certain state authorities of certain provisions of regulatory policy remains unsatisfactory. Improvement of the situation includes the necessary and sufficient conditions. A necessary condition is to clarify certain regulatory requirements for regulatory policy. A sufficient condition is the Government's persistent and constant attention to regulatory compliance with regulatory requirements. A number of practical recommendations have been developed.
