木薯渣的稀酸水解及用于丁酸固定化发酵

Abstract
对木薯渣酸水解糖化的工艺条件进行了研究,考察了稀酸浓度、温度、时间及液固比对木薯渣酸水解的影响。结果表明:木薯渣经过稀硫酸处理,可以产生大量的还原糖。在正交实验得到的常压下和高压蒸汽下加热水解的最佳条件,还原糖得率都可达52%以上。进行了木薯渣水解液用于丁酸固定化发酵的试验。以木薯渣稀酸水解液为底物,丁酸浓度达到23.8 g/L以上,丁酸对还原糖的得率达0.462 g/g,产率达到0.992 g/L•H,与同浓度葡萄糖的合成培养基相比,丁酸浓度提高了31.6%,丁酸得率提高了20 %,产率提高1倍以上,表明木薯渣水解液是适于丁酸发酵的又一个优质碳源。
