围压对水射流动力学特性影响的实验研究

Abstract
围压是影响射流动力学特性的重要参数之一。运用自行研制的高压釜装置实验研究了围压对射流冲击压力、空化噪声与脉冲特性及冲蚀破岩效率的影响规律,分析了围压对射流冲蚀破岩能力的影响机制,最高射流驱动压力40 MPa、围压20 MPa。结果表明,围压对水射流冲击压力、空化噪声与脉冲特性和破岩效果影响明显,射流轴心冲击压力和破碎体积随围压的增大而减小,减小的速度随围压增大逐渐变缓,但围压对射流自模性影响性较小。同时,围压对射流冲击压力和破岩效果的影响规律基本一致,高围压条件下射流冲击压力降低是导致射流破岩能力降低的主要原因。实验可为喷嘴结构设计与射流参数的优选提供一定依据。
