优秀游泳选手赛前训练机体生物化学与内分泌的变化

Abstract

目的:探讨赛前训练周期中,优秀游泳运动员的VAT、CK、BU、Hb和T/C值变化的规律。方法:在12名优秀游泳运动员(男6名,女6名)为期三周的赛前训练期间,分别在赛前训练周期开始前、训练1周后、训练2周后、训练3周后测定VAT、CK、BU、Hb和T/C值。VAT测定采用递增负荷方式,安排自由游200m×4负荷练习,4组负荷分别以个人85%、90%、95%和100%强度递增,组间间歇3分钟。结果:在赛前训练周期中,游泳运动员的VAT、CK、BU、Hb和T/C值分别在不同时段发生了不同的变化,且男、女游泳运动员的VAT、CK、BU、Hb和T/C值变化的时间与程度不同。结论:安排这种负荷方式的赛前训练周期,能对游泳运动员机体产生一定程度的刺激作用。通过调整训练,游泳运动员的机能水平得到恢复,预示在比赛期间运动员能够获得良好的机能状态。
