A CATEGORY OF MONEY DEBT AND DEBT MONEY OBLIGATIONS IN CIVIL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to study genesis of concept of debt in a civil law. Author analyses special features of debt money obligations, which determine the specific of this relations. The problems of correlation between such concepts as “debt”, “duty” and “responsibility” are examined. Author made a conclusion, that the loan obligation is a universal legal form of debt legal relations in the commercial turnover.
