A Comparative Study on Internet Usage of Male and Female (with Special Reference to Palani Town)

Abstract
Internet is a worldwide organization of computer network. It has created a revolution all over the globe in the field of exchange of ideas and information. In modern times internet has been used not only our personal life and also our professional lives developments. The internet has become an important part of life. There is no life without internet. Most of us use the internet for various purposes, such as found employment in the industry, social-political efforts, making new friends, renewing contacts with old friends and family members, and shopping online, and so on. Thus, it is a comparative study of differences in usage of internet between male and female is made in this study.
