A CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF THE PROSTITUTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS AN ELEMENT OF THE NATIONAL SECURITY

Abstract
The aim of the article is to analyze the patterns and mechanisms of the functioning of prostitution, human trafficking, activity and structure of the organized crime. The forms regulating the powers of state institutions and organizations influencing the restriction of prostitution in all fields. A strategy for the prevention of prostitution and the establishment of an effective management mechanism and rules guaranteeing the security of the person, society and the state. Active impact on security policy pursued by civil society groups, such as academic institutions, NGOs and human rights groups.
