A modern approach to training policy on action in extremely conditions

Abstract

The article discusses of issues covering the behavior of the police in emergency and crisis situations and factors that characterize and identify effective modern system of police training to perform their tasks under conditions that cause physiological and psychological stress and related life-threatening. The investigated components of process of preparation offuture policemen to the actions in extreme terms must berealized in higher educational establishmentwith the specificterms of studies, that carry out preparation of policemen, forstudents as integral preparation, that presents by a sobacomplex process and includes for itself system totality of components from a tactical fire, physical, psychological, normatively-legal, домедичної preparation and safety of vitalfunctions, that is oriented on the direct terms of operatively-official activity of employee, conditioned extreme. Obligatory to plugging in the programs of preparation ofpolicemen with the aim of preparation of them to the actionsin extreme situations there is discipline “tactical medicine”, that contains the elements of standards of medicare, clinicalprotocols and other industry standards in the field of a healthprotection countries-members of NATO. In totality the above-mentioned components can provide sufficient and qualitypreparation of workers that in further professional activity willmark and will realize the preparatory abilities and knowledge, for the sake of providing of own safety and safety other.
