A Study on Employee Job Satisfaction at Eid Parry Nellikuppam Cuddalore

Abstract
Job satisfaction or employee satisfaction is a measure of workers contentedness with their job, whether or not they like the job or individual aspects or facets of jobs, such as nature of work or supervision. Job satisfaction can be measured in cognitive evaluative , affective or emotional , and behavioral components. Job Satisfaction is the favorableness or un favorableness with which the employee views his work. It expresses the amount of agreement between one's expectation of the job and the rewards that the job provides. The objective of the study is to know about the employee job satisfaction factors, the relationship between gender and employee job satisfaction. Descriptive research method is used in the study. This study consists of both primary and secondary data. The tool used in this study is correlation. The population size is 50 and the sample size is 30. From the study it was found that there is no significant relationship between gender and employee job satisfaction. S. Jasmeen | K. Haritha | M.
