Abstract
Employee welfare means anything done. Employee welfare is an improvement fact of industrial relation giving satisfaction to the worker in this factory. Employee welfare including various services benefits and facilities offered to employee. In this research used to the descriptive research and primary data collected from 90 respondents through questionnaire .then statistical tools is used for chi square, percentage analysis.
