Abordaje de un caso de Distimia y Ansiedad con terapia Breve Estratégica

Abstract
The present research is a qualitative study of a single case, which analyzes a therapeutic process using the brief strategic model. For this study, entry, evaluative, and personal history management interviews with the patient were conducted, generating interventions aimed at promoting a therapeutic effect. Thus, the 23-year-old patient demonstrated symptoms of anxiety and dysthymia. The analysis was conducted over nine sessions, spanning a period of 3 months. These sessions helped the patient achieve her therapeutic goals. In this regard, these results indicate progress in the patient's well-being, both in her personal and professional life. This demonstrates the effectiveness of using this therapeutic approach.
