About compensation for losses caused by violation of trademarks rights

Abstract
This article analyzes the norms of current legislation, judicial practice, foreign experience on the composition of damages, the grounds and amount of damages for violation of trademark rights, and substantiates the conclusions for improving legislation in this area.
