ABUSE OF CORPORATE RIGHT AND WAYS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Abstract
Examined theoretical aspects of the doctrinal understanding of the concept of abuse of law. Identified the main criteria for actions that can be classified as abuse of law. Analyzed current legislation in the field of corporate relations for abuse of law. Systematized the mechanisms of legal influence on subjects of abuse of the law. Clarified The main conflicts in the national legislation that cause abuse of participants / shareholders by their right not to participate in the general meeting.
