Abuse of procedural rights in corporate disputes

Abstract
The article discusses the problems of abuse of procedural rights in corporate disputes. The category of «abuse of procedural» rights does not have definite limits. It is difficult enough to understand when the skill of practice ends, concerning the procedural protection of corporate rights and the border of the actual abuse of such rights begins.
