Abstract
Analyzing the dynamic elements of academic research as a fundamental activity in the context of Legal Science from the documentary review was the objective proposed by the author, given that a number of methods aimed at obtaining knowledge are currently being combined through a series of steps which, if strictly observed, lead to problem-solving, analysis and interpretation of the results, in order to show results and generate conclusions and/or deductions that allow the construction of new divulgable knowledge in the scientific community. It starts from general considerations related to the Research to frame the study specifically in the field of Legal Sciences (laws, doctrines, guidelines, among others). Methodologically, it is based on reviews of different documents, books and articles posted on the Web, related to research, types, methodologies used, object of study of exploration activity, among other related topics, following an order and classification that allows to refine and establish the relevant and pertinente information, as well as updated and truthful focused in the context of the Legal Sciences, as it is on this occasion the object of study of the present research. Finally, research in the field of legal sciences is governed by the scientific method that leads to identify the problem, collect data in accordance with legal practice, the performance of its functional analysis and from the interpretation of the rules establish considerations in the legal aspect
