Academician Stanislav Dnistrianskyi and his draft constitution of the western Ukrainian People’s Republic

Abstract
Stanislav Severynovych Dnistrianskyi (1870-1935] -a renowned Ukrainian academic lawyer, public and state figure, professor of Lviv and Ukrainian Free University of Prague, active member of the Shevcheno Scientific Society (NTSh), academician of the AllUkrainian Academy of Sciences (VUAN] – rightfully belongs to the cohort of those who were at the origin of contemporary domestic law studies. He has left original scientific researches in different branches of law studies, a considerable part of which have not become less topical in the present day.
