Abstract
Algeria has sought for rehabilitating the national institutions, through pursuing a reform’s policy, and by the way, for promote the non-oil export sector. For that, Algeria tried to activate the strategy of trade openness for best exploiting the Euro-Algerian partnership, so through the descriptive analytical approach, we try to reach the aim of the study by analysing the structure of Algerian exports also the evaluating of the agreement of the Euro-Algerian partnership, and showing its impact on the Algerian economy. Finally, the study concluded with a set of results considered necessary for the success of this partnership and achieving the desired goal which is achieving development and eliminating dependence on hydrocarbons.
