Activities of Fr. Zygmunt Kaczynski – Minister of Religious Affairs and Public Education in the government-in-exile (1943–1945)

Abstract
The article has shown describes the activity of the priest Z. Kaczynski, the a pre–war, Christian Democrat politician. D, who during the Second World War he was in the UK and in during the years 1943–1944, he served as Minister of Religious Affairs and Public Education in to the local government- in- exile. These It also discusses were the circumstances surrounding of the Ministry of Education in France and the Office of Education and School Affairs gen. J. Haller. Finally, thereThe final part of the article presents are presented the actions of Kaczynski as Minister of Religious Affairs and Public Education in the reorganization of the work conducted by this office: , setting up new schools and universities, problems in dealing with other politicians and the shape of Polish education in the post-war period.
