Abstract
Article undertakes to answer the question: what must characterized supply chains capable of providing services for industry 4.0? By analyzing the determinants of progressing fourth industrial revolution, has been identified the need to increase the compression of time in the supply chain and data sharing of resources in the supply chain in real time. These conditions allow the realization of the paradigm of mass customization in order to implement industry 4.0.
