Administracyjnoprawna kontrola postanowień wzorców umów konsumenckich

Abstract
Due to the directive 93/13/EC all member states should construct an effective system to protect consumers from unfair contractual terms. As the so far juridical system in Poland has occurred ineffective, the latest legal modification of the Polish system have introduced an administrative way of controlling the conditions. It heads towards better consumer protection. The new legal solution has all needed instruments to become such an effective support, however it is not without any fault.
