ADMINISTRATIVE AND CRIMINAL-LEGAL EXTRADITION ASPECTS: PROBLEMS ARISING AT THE STAGE OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The article is focused on the investigation of the administrative and criminal aspects of extradition, as well as to the determine problems that arise at the stages of its implementation. The Institute for Extradition, as an independent institution of law, is a relatively new phenomenon in the international practice of states. Issues of extradition activities are devoted to many international legal documents and decisions. The international legal aspects of the task and purpose of the institution of extradition are not exhausted. Many issues that arise within the framework of the institution of extradition are resolved at the level of national legislation, including at the level of departmental regulatory regulation. They rely on the principles of international cooperation – voluntariness and reciprocity. In our time, it is very important to protect the country from the perpetrators and not allow them to escape to other states. Cooperation with other countries is very important if the crime is of an international nature, which poses a threat to the citizens of the countries, and therefore the institution of extradition in criminal proceedings is an important protection for the country from the perpetrators.
