ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL BASIS OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION OF POLICE OFFICERS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of postgraduate education of police officers of Ukraine, which is defined as a purposeful and strictly organized set of elements (retraining, specialization, advanced training, internship). There are an inseparable unity and complement each other. The author defines the system of postgraduate education of police officers as a holistic subsystem in the system of public administration, which actively influences the efficiency and rationality of the service Ukrainian officers, promotes the improvement of their professional activities. There is using of a whole range of different types of training has been established, through which the training activities of each police officer with practical participation in everyday service activities are carried out.
