ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL FACILITIES OF RIGHT TO WORK OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITY: SYSTEM AND DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
In the article maintenance of the system of administrative and legal backer-ups of right to are exposed work of persons with disability that includes three basic groups. The first group is facilities that obligate or stimulate creation and arrangement of the special workplaces employers, and observance of norms of workplaces. The second group is facilities in relation to registration of unemployed persons with the further seeking out of work on the special procedure. The third group is facilities that provide employment on results realization of control plenary powers of organs of public administration. Drawn conclusion, that in Ukraine the far of persons with disability does not have permanent employment, that predefined ineffectiveness of separate from the indicated legal facilities, that is why it is offered legislative changes are certain in relation to the improvement of this situation.
