ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL GROUNDS OF ELECTIONS IN REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Abstract
This article describes administrative and legal grounds of elections in Republic of Poland. In particular, author reveals issues related to legal regulation of elections in this country, including development of electoral law during period from 1990 to 2011. In addition, analysis of system of election administration is made, their powers and order of creation and liquidation is revealed.
