ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL MOBILIZATION MEASURES

Abstract
The article deals with the definition of the concepts of means and measures of administrative and legal support, their differentiation and interconnection, the definition of administrative and legal measures to ensure mobilization is proposed. The following measures of administrative and legal support for mobilization, such as prizes for military service during mobilization, military-transport duty and the creation of military-civilian administrations were explored.
