Abstract
The place of administrative liability for intellectual property legislation offence in the intellectual property sphere has been determined. The basis, characteristics and features of administrative liability for intellectual property legislation offence in the intellectual property sphere are analyzed. Methods for improving administrative liability for intellectual property legislation offence in the intellectual property sphere are suggested.
