ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM IN POST-IMPERIAL PROJECT

Abstract
In the article, from the perspective of neo-Marxist relational designs construing the concept of the post-modern empire, attention is focused on the content characteristics of the imperial administrative system. The conceptual tool for describing managerial trends at the global level is the concept “Empire”, developed by M. Hardt and A. Negri. Within the framework of this concept, which constitutes the decline of the national states sovereignty and the emergence of a “new type of sovereignty”, the knowledge of the imperial system is carried out by means of analysis of certain imperial political and managerial practices. Under such a vision, the imperial administration appears as a “fractal” system that does not resolve conflicts by coercion, but through the control of differences. There are three “negative” and one “positive” principles of the imperial administrative system, which are pivotal for a general understanding of its essence.
