Advanced development territory as an instrument of economic development

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of the investment activity of the Krasnoyarsk Krai. The problem of investing in the Krasnoyarsk Krai arises in the part of creating innovative sites for attracting business, with the goal of creating new jobs. To solve this problem, a new concept is being created, “The Territory of Advanced Social and Economic Development”. The reason for creating this concept is to strive to form powerful economic centres in remote corners of the country, which will become an attractive object in the region. The result of the concept is to ensure the simplification of business and stimulate the attraction of additional investments. Ultimately, this leads to an acceleration of the development of the region.
