Abstract
A problem analysed in the article was the interpretation kan. 1290 KPK with reference to contracts. This rule refers obligations law both particularly, as and generalities, what means that it refers also contracts. The efficiency in canonical law call out all contracts, whether is called, whether is mixed aside from of this, whether are ordered in kc. Exceptions from the rule of the canonization of contracts the church-legislator exactly qualifies in this canon.
