АЛГОРИТМ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ КАПСУЛЬНОЙ МАССЫ С ДЕКСПАНТЕНОЛОМ

Abstract

The necessity of using combined preparations based on pyrimidines of nucleotides in combination with vitamins of the group B is substantiated in therapeutic practice. The physical, chemical and pharmacological properties of the disodium salt of uridine monophosphate and dexpanthenol and auxiliary substances that are necessary for the preparation of a dosage form based on the active ingredients in the form of capsules. The composition has been chosen and the number of excipients and the method of obtaining the capsule mass has been selected. The fillers and the disintegrants have been used. The composition of the moisturizing solution in which the active substances were administered has been determined. The algorithm for obtaining a capsule mass based on the active substance of the viscous consistency of dexpanthenol and the active substance in a low concentration of uridine has been developed. The algorithm shows the order of actions for the development of the capsule mass composition for the preparation of a new effective combined preparation for the treatment of neuropathies in the form of capsules with optimal characteristics of pharmacotechnological tests, with the indicators of quality that meet the requirements of analytical normative documentation stable throughout the storage period.
