AMOUNT OF ENDOPHYTIC MICROBIOTA IN GRAPEVINE SHOOTS
Journal Title: Мікробіологія і біотехнологія - Year 2016, Vol 0, Issue 1
Abstract
The aim of the investigation was to evaluate the amount of grapevine endophytic microbiota using different nutritional media. Materials and methods. Endophytic microbiota from wooden shoots of grapevine Vitis vinifera L. cv Arkadia was isolated on the eight nutritional media with different compositions. Results. The highest amounts of bacteria were isolated on YEM, YMA and TY nutritional media. The distinctive features of YMA and YEM media was the presence of mannitol, and of TY – the increased concentration of yeast extract. Conclusion. Amount of microbiota representatives from grapevine shoots reached from (6.4±0.3) х 104 to (2.0±0.4) х 107 CFU/сm3 depending on the nutritional medium and decreased from October to December at least in one range.
