An analysis of the quality of life of participants in sport for all

Abstract
The present study aimed at comparing 6 aspects of quality of life in subjects participating in sport for all in Ardabil. The subjects were 226 (72 female, 152 male) 20-60 year-old active people at sport for all stations. In the present study the quality of life questionnaire which included 72 items was utilized. The items targeted 6 scales among 15 scales of quality of life, i.e. physical well-being, personal growth, job satisfaction, social relations, creative and innovative behavior, and altruistic behavior. The reliability of this questionnaire was found to be .85 in a previous study. In the present study it was found to be .81. The data were analyzed through t-test and Kolmograph-sminarof at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that among variables of quality of life, social relations had the highest mean compared to. Next are personal growth and altruistic behavior. Creative behavior had the lowest of ranks among variables of quality of life. On the other hand, altruistic behavior was the most scattered compared to other variables. The results also indicated that there was a significant relationship between quality of life of males and females participating in sport for all. In other words, women had greater quality of life in comparison to men.
