AN APPROACH TO DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES AT MOTOR-TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The approach to the development of personnel management (PM) strategies at motor-transport enterprises is offered, it is characterized by coordination of the general strategy and the business unit strategy with the current and desired personal characteristics of the company staff, this presupposes developing general and instrumental strategies of personnel management. The algorithm has been made for developing general strategies of PM at motor-transport enterprises has been worked out and the morphological matrix of these strategies, on the basis of which the combination of rational types of PM strategies is carried out according to the types of business-strategies, personnel policies and auto-transport enterprise labour collectives.
