An Index of Economic Honesty, exemplified through Comparative Evaluation of the Specific Level in Germany and Romania

Abstract
In this paper, a normally completed proposal aims at building an appropriate index of economic honesty, illustrated by the comparative level in the economies of Germany and Romania and reveal the essence of the honesty concept in economic life.
