AN INNOVATIVE COMPONENT IN MANAGING THE EFFICIENCY OF CORPORATE ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION TRANSFORMATION

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and methodological principles of management organization and the efficiency increase of integration transformations of innovation activity subjects. The article based on the hypothesis about the possibility of a special synergistic effect appearance. This effect arises from the combination of innovation and integration processes in the cycle of corporate enterprises development. The foundation of such synergy and deploying it in time is showing by using the system dynamics methodology and by applying the achievements of the growing returns concept. The practical proof of author proposals has been made through the applying the schemes of interaction between the mechanism of innovation development and the mechanism of corporate integration. The criteria for the integration transformations effectiveness and the interconnection of such criteria with the interests of the corporate enterprise stakeholders have been identified in these schemes.
