The study was a quantitative study and was conducted in a relational screening model. The sample of the research consists of 313 teachers in the official schools of Kahramanmaraş during the 2016-2017 academic year . In the study, School Culture Scale and Motivation Scale were used as data collection tools . As a result of the research, it was found that there is a meaningful relationship between the variables of school culture and motivation in the positive direction. It was found out that teachers differed significantly on perceptions of school cultures according to their branches. Teachers of pre-school education perceived school culture more positively than other branch teachers. And it is also seen that some of the motivation levels of teachers (R² = .26) were predicted by school culture.
