AN INVESTIGATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT, FAMILY-WORK CONFLICT AND SELF-EFFICACY BELIEF

Abstract
In this study, work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts were investigated whether there was a relationship between the level of conflict they experienced and their beliefs about self-efficacy. In addition, it has been researched which of conflicts from the work to family and from the family to work is more. It was also examined whether there were significant differences between work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts and whether there were any significant differences according to demographic variables such as gender, marital status, sector, age, educational status, number of children, workplace seniority, total seniority. As a result of the research, there was no significant relationship between self-efficacy beliefs and work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts. Differences were found in terms of demographic variables.
