Abstract
PRESENTATION OF CASE An eighteen month old female child, known case of aplasia of right lung, dextroversion and malrotated kidney was posted for stage 2 operation (perineal anorectoplasty). No history of fever, cough and no other complaints. Accepting feeds well.
