ANAESTHETIC MANAGEMENT OF A CHILD WITH ONE LUNG APLASIA UNDERGOING PERINEAL ANORECTOPLASTY

Abstract

PRESENTATION OF CASE An eighteen month old female child, known case of aplasia of right lung, dextroversion and malrotated kidney was posted for stage 2 operation (perineal anorectoplasty). No history of fever, cough and no other complaints. Accepting feeds well.
