Аналіз ризику для здоров’я дитячого населення, яке проживає в зонах забруднення атмосферного повітря викидами сірки діоксиду

Abstract
Около 20-30% всех заболеваний дыхательной системы та 40% случаев астмы связаны с загрязнением атмосферного воздуха. В результате проведенного исследования было проанализировано распространенность бронхиальной астмы среди детского населения, которое проживает в зонах повышенного аэрогенного риска, обусловленного выбросами серы диоксида от промышленных предприятий. Рассчитано уровни усредненных концентраций серы диоксида в приземном шаре атмосферного воздуха, которые составляют Сmean=107±38 мкг/м3. Оценено, что в зоне повышенного риска (неканцерогенный риск HQ=1,6ч4,5) от ингаляционного воздействия серы диоксида проживает - 29176 детей. При этом установлено, что дети, которые проживают в условиях повышенных рисков, более склонны к развитию бронхиальной астмы (1,99 OR; 95% СI (1,95-2,60), p<0,01). Показано, что около 30,6 % случаев бронхиальной астмы могут быть обусловлены воздействием выбросов серы диоксида.
