Abstract
Cel. Celem pracy jest zidentyfikowanie potrzeb kadrowych hotelarzy z województwa zachodniopomorskiego. W niniejszym opracowaniu potrzeby kadrowe rozumiane są jako rodzaje stanowisk pracy wymagających obsadzenia oraz najczęściej poszukiwane przez hotelarzy cechy potencjalnych pracowników.
